What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Delivery charges are set per product, depending on it’s size and weight. Greetings Cards are usually 89p 2nd Class or £1.00 1st Class post. Localised delivery for Greetings Cards is free (You must be in the OL13 postcode area).

Other products, due to their variety of sizes and weights, have the delivery charges added per product. You can enter your address into the calculate shipping box and the shipping cost will be displayed clearly for you to see.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We currently accept payment via Paypal or by Stripe (Debit Card or Credit Card). Both methods are fully secure and updated to the latest encryption methods at all times. We do NOT store any of your payment card details within our database without your consent.

How long will delivery take?

We aim at posting out Greetings Cards within 24hrs of order receipt. However during busy periods, this may take longer so please allow for a couple of days in addition to be safe. Royal Mail 1st and 2nd Class post is not a guaranteed delivery service and can take up to 3 days (1st Class) or 5 days (2nd Class). If you are unsure if you will receive in time, please ask first.

Other products may take up to 5 days to manufacture (don’t forget, your products are completely Yu-Neek and have to be made individually) and are usually sent via courier on a 2 day service.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

The Yu-Neek website is fully secure and uses SSL to process your information. Look for the padlock in your browser next to the https: text.

What exactly happens after ordering?

After you have placed your order and payment is received, we will start to manufacture your product instantly. If you have made a mistake, you need to contact us straight away as your product is made personally just for you. That means once we have started manufacture, we cannot undo the process, or sell it elsewhere, so you will have to accept it (Unless it is faulty!).

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

An invoice is emailed along with confirmation of your order. The invoice numbers are different to the order confirmation number due to the way your order is processed through the website.
